The first place we stayed in Italy during our three week trip was at Emanuele's VRBO Deluxe Cobalto Apartment. It was by far the best accommodations we experienced during our trip. Emanuele was extremely helpful and attentive. He responded quickly to texts and provided us with insights and information about Rome in regards to tourist sites and restaurants. The apartment was impeccably clean and had all the necessary towels, linens and cooking utensils. Nothing was missing. The location of the apartment was perfect as it was not in the middle of the very busy tourist attractions. The colosseum was only 2 kilometers away. There is a city bus stop in front of the apartment which is a 10 minute bus ride to the attractions. The apartment complex was very clean and people who lived in other apartments in the complex were very friendly and helpful. It was hard to believe we were in a big city with how friendly people were. We felt very safe there. Emanuele gave us directions to a grocery store which was a 5 minute walk from the apartment, saving us money on eating out at restaurants all the time. I have a rental villa on VRBO and I cannot say enough about how great a job Emanuele did. The price was very reasonable and the money was well spent here. I highly recommend renting Emanuele's apartment. Hopefully it will be available on our next trip to Rome.
