This apartment is 80 sqm and it has been remodeled, elegantly furnished and includes tromp l’oeil painted by the owner. The apartment is located in a 12th Century building protected by the Ministry of "Belle Arti", for this reason the entrance door of the building and the access stairs cannot be touched and modernized. Inside you will find: 2 Bedrooms: \- Master bedroom with a queen/king size bed (cm 170x 200) \- Second bedroom with a queen size bed (can be divided in 2 single beds) 2 bathrooms : Shower, sink, WC (bidet is incorporated in WC) A completely organized kitchen if you would like to prepare your meals, dinning table for 4\. Living area with 2 sofas, paintings on the walls, mirrors, an antique chandelier, tromp l'oeil peinted by the owner and other details give the room an elegant and chic atmosphere. The hosts are wonderful and it was easy to explore historic Rome. The apartment is centrally located for the Vatican, coliseum, Trevi Fountain, pantheon and many other sites with great restaurants all around. We highly recommended this place. ##### Scott G. The owners Valter and Natalia are very helpful and interested in you enjoying Roma. The location couldn't be better for a real feel of living in Roma not just visiting. We appreciated the great location, and great air conditioning! Natalia was in contact prior and during our visit, gave us great recommendations for attractions and food and helped with our transportation to the airport.
