Apartment located in the heart of Rome, just a few steps from wonders such as the Domus Aurea, the Church of San Pietro in Vincoli with Michelangelo\\'s Moses, the Roman Forum, and the Quirinal Palace. The house is on the third floor (no lift) and has a wonderful large private terrace with table, chairs and parasol, 1 double bedroom, 1 room with 3 single beds, a bedroom with a single sofa bed, a living room with table and chairs, 2 TVs (one in the living room and 1 in the kitchen), a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and fridge, two bathrooms, one with a shower and one with a bathtub. Parquet flooring throughout. Guests can enjoy free air conditioning, Wi-Fi internet, heating, dishwasher, microwave, washing machine, bed linen and towels, hairdryers in each bathroom, and an iron. Cavour metro station is a 5-minute walk away, and Termini station is a 15-minute walk. From the airports (both Fiumicino and Ciampino), you can easily reach the house. You can take the train or bus to Termini station, then it\\'s a 15-minute walk or 1 metro stop (line B) and a 5-minute walk. For arrivals between 8pm and 11pm, there is an additional cost of €30 to be paid in cash upon arrival. After 11pm, check-in is not possible unless previously agreed and subject to availability. Tourist tax of €6.00 per night (up to a maximum of 10 nights) per person (not applicable to children under 10) to be paid in cash upon arrival. It was very clean and modern with all the amenities we needed for our stay. Plenty of room and bed options for five of us traveling together. We especially enjoyed the outdoor terrace to enjoy the spring weather in Rome. The apartment was great, exactly as advertised! The AC was a saving Grace in the heat of Rome in August. The kids loved their single beds and the apartment was very spacious so plenty of room for them to play. The outdoor roof deck was a great bonus! …lovely for breakfast in the morning, space for the kids to run around and be loud, and perfect place for a glass of wine in the evenings for adults after the kids went to sleep. The three flights of stairs were tiring but even after long days walking miles around Rome in the heat our kids (4 and 6 yrs old) could handle it. FANTASTIC TERRACE! Nice decorations. Lots and lots of closet storage. Easily accomadates 5 people. Good bathrooms. Well equiped kitchen. Close to a small but good supermarket. Close to many of Rome's tourist sights. The people who run the property are very nice and helpful. They answered our emails fast and were there to let us in without us having to wait. The only thing that could be a little better is the air-conditioning. Rome is hot in the summer and even with the AC on 24/7 the apartment never got below 27C/80.6F. Das absolute Plus ist die Lage!! Am Colosseum ist man in 10 Minuten zu Fuß. Die Dachterasse ist großartig, allerdings muss der inzwischen schwarze Sonnenschirm dringend ausgetauscht werden. Wer da drüber wegsehen kann, genießt eine fantastische Privatatmasphäre mitten in Rom! Die schöne Küche ist zum Spaghettikochen absolut geeignet und es gibt tolle frische Lebensmittel in Rom zu kaufen. Das einzig störende waren die Bettgestelle, die haben schon beim normalen Umdrehen so gekratzt, dass wir die Matratzen auf den Boden legen mussten.Für kleinere Kinder aber ok. Das große Elternschlafzimmer hatte dagegen einen tollen Schlafkomfort! Alles in allem unbedingte Weiterempfehlung!!!! ##### silke f.
