Het huis ligt op slechts 200 meter van het Colosseum en is gerenoveerd met Italiaanse designmeubels om gasten de beste ervaring in het hart van de Eeuwige Stad te garanderen. Het appartement is 85 m² groot en beschikt over een woonkamer met een slaapbank, twee comfortabele tweepersoonssuites en twee badkamers, waarvan één en-suite. Het huis beschikt over high-speed WiFi, self check-in technologie en airconditioning in alle kamers. The Space: De hele flat is gerenoveerd met de nadruk op het verminderen van de milieu-impact: waterbesparende kranen, energiebesparende verlichting, en recyclagebakken.
