Dasha, our greeter, was an absolute GEM! She was helpful when we got into a bit of a medical crisis and after, when we left something of incredible value behind in the apartment. Walking to the Colosseum -- just seeing it right as you walk out of the apartment -- was amazing. We loved becoming a part of the community there, frequenting the coffee shop, wine bar, and even florist down the street. Natalia was extremely helpful arranging transportation from the airport and checking in. The apartment was perfect for the 3 of us and in an incredible location.
