Jibon the receptionists was a great gentleman, who had all the time to help in any situation. He was polite,caring and professional. Jibon was always there to help in the 4 days i stayed there. This hotel is lucky to have a employee Jibon of his character and strength in all areas in customer relationships.

The location is the only good thing about this place. 5 minutes walking distance to the train station. BUT the room was terrible. Moldy shower curtain and walls, very dirty blanket, not even folded, in the closet, very dirty floors, and etc. If you don’t care about the place you’re staying and you just want somewhere close to the train station, this might be your choice but I still think you may be able to find a cleaner space in the areas

It states that it’s a 4 star do not believe this! It’s not even a 1 star. It’s in a very high crime area as well. The rooms were dirty and had no amenities, you couldn’t even get a coffee. Just a machine. Overall it is the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at, and it wasn’t cheap! Do yourselves a favour and skip past it.

I don’t know how this is rated as a 4 star hotel. It definitely shouldn’t be advertised as such. Not sure when it was inspected by anyone last but it is more of a motel, not hotel type stay. The room was old ( which you can see from their pictures ) but clearly not well maintained, the bathroom was also old and dirty( soap scum on the tiles, mold/ mildew in the grout). If you move the mattress a bit the box spring underneath is covered in hair and all kinds of other gross stuff. The towels they give you are more like sheets/ table cloth. I wouldn’t recommend it.

Bad decision - misleading pictures of property
This hotel is absolutely not worth the cost! Once you get to your room, it’s nothing like the pictures, it smells, and the bathroom is too small for toilet and shower. The towels are like dish towels. There is no breakfast offered. The only good thing about this hotel is it’s location for Rome Termini. I would not stay here again.

I would suggest to replace the mattress of room 113. It looks too old and uncomfortable. They were also “saving” with the soaps. They haven’t replaced the used units. We had to ask for additional unites in the reception desk.

The front desk clerk was very nice and helpful. He offered suggestions on use of the metro and busses. He also provided directions on sightseeing.

If this is a 4* Hotel then I am Brad Pitt. It would interesting to know when was the last time an official body has reviewed the Stars assigned to this hotel. Perhaps it was a 4-star hotel 20 years ago.

The walls had molde and water damage, the shower was clogged and even after we reported the problem for 2 days nothing was done about it. The fridge was also damaged and we lost our food also reported for more than 2 days and nothing was done about it. The hotel is close to everything but it is in very poor conditions. !!!

It was horrible. We got there and our room was not clean, they change us to another room and the AC didn’t work. Outside was 99f. Our room came with one dirty towel. I had to ask over 5 times to get two clean ones for my 3 nights stay! The room was dirty and old. The shower curtain had mold. It was a horrible experience. We had to sleep with the windows open and I got mosquito bites all over. Tv didn’t work. And if I plug to charge my cell I couldn’t plug the the tv that didn’t work! I would love to get a refund. I don’t know how Expedia allow such a low quality place like this. I had stay in hostel Cleaner than this place

Thank you for your feedback!Our airconditioning system works well in all the hotel area. We are always attentive to the cleaning of the rooms before handing them over to our guests. For the Tv we saw that it wasn't plug to the electricity but it was working.

DISGUSTING HOTEL. RUN AWAY. NEVER BOOK HERE. We asked for our room to be cleaned every day, and they either did not do it, or just made the bed, never changed the sheets, never vacuumed, never brought clean towels. STains on wall; hole in the ceiling where a fan might have gone, another hole above a door with wires sticking out, presumable for a light fixture. Just utterly disgusting place. You can do A LOT BETTER elsewhere. DISGUSTING

Property is old, nevertheless the bathroom was missing the shower door (hotel implemented a temporary solution with a long curtain that covered the drain. Toilet had little black worms at the bottom that probably could be taking care by using bleach. The bathroom smelt humid a little bit. The air conditioning was not working and when we requested for someone to fix it nobody fixed it. We had to sleep with the windows opened and it was a busy noisy street 2 blocks away from Roma Termini.

Close to Termini station, walking distance from pretty much everything you want to see. Reccomended for budget travelers and students. I had a wonderful time at the Champagne Palace

This hotel was appalling Expedia had stated it had coffee lounge safe in Rooms Mini Bar and Hotel Bar none of this is true and it definately is not a four star hotel. Should be taken off main sites.
