The interior combines classic charm with modern design, enhanced by warm parquet floors that create a cozy and refined atmosphere.  
  
The apartment is equipped with air conditioning, independent heating, and free Wi-Fi, ensuring a comfortable stay in every season. A small balcony, accessible from the twin bedroom, offers a pleasant spot to enjoy the fresh air.  
  
One of the highlights of the property is the stunning shared rooftop terrace—a true luxury escape available to all guests of the building.
