Condizioni di manutenzione precarie, specialmente degli infissi che non filtrano alcun suono della strada: avendo tre locali al di sotto, con relativo vociare dei clienti e rimozione al mattino presto di immondizia e bottiglie, servirebbero degli infissi anti-rumore per permettere un sonno più gradevole.
