The apartment was small but accurately shown in the description. (I didnt want anything big) The a/c worked great and it was 100°F every day. It was quiet and comfortable. The only issue was the exterior lock. The key doesn't work properly and you have to jiggle it until it catches. (A couple minutes sometimes) I've stayed in this neighborhood before and knew it to be safe so i was ok with it. Communication was excellent.
