  • Near Appia Antica, catacombs of San Callisto and San Paolo Basilica. 15 min from Piazza Venezia with 716 bus; bus stop is 10mt from the entrance of the house. In a quite area of the town, with no noise of big way, you could live Rome and have a relax.
    Three rooms for 6 person, two bathroom, hydro shower, kitchen and big open space could allow you the most comfort possible.
    Near the house you will find all facilities: restaurant with typical Roman food, markets, pharmacy, bar, wine shop, sport area.
    Next the house there's Cristoforo Colombo Boulevard that will drive you to the sea in 20 minutes or directly to the airport of Fiumicino.
    The house is placed near a big green area where is not allowed buildings cause is an archeological area so will stay in the heart of Rome, the Garbatella neighborhood, but it will be as being in a country side.
