The tourist tax per person was a surprise when we arrived and should be stated in the verbiage by VRBO. It’s required now in Italy according to Michela. Bedrooms listed in VRBO also mean the living room as a bedroom (couch pullout double). Otherwise, the apartments are very nice and the location is great being close to the metro. Very easy to get around and walking was a breeze. Definitely got our steps in. Host was very helpful and accommodating. Quick to respond to any of our questions. Thanks to Michela. All the best. We had different understanding of when rooms would be available which is documented. There were 14 people in group for three rooms. While she explained codes for getting in and out and internet, nothing was written down. Problems we had were with getting lights, oven, coffee machine to work. I would recommend in addition to verbal instructions, you should have written ones located in room. I have rental property and have a small binder with key information. Also recommend you advertise how close you are to metro and have metro maps in room. Metro was easy way to get around. Highlight key stops for Vatican, Spanish Stairs….. ##### Michele G.
