In this quiet and relaxing space, you’ll find all the amenities you need for your trip to Rome, including a fully equipped kitchen for preparing meals at home. Located near all the amenities you’ll need during your stay, our apartment is just a few minutes from the Cipro Metro A station, which will take you to the capital’s main attractions.

The Space

The apartment is a comfortable, quiet, and very bright thanks to its location at the highest point of Via Lattanzio—so much so that even though it’s on the second floor, you can enjoy a splendid view of Rome from every window in the apartment, the master bedroom features a very spacious 6-door closet and is equipped with all amenities, including a TV facing the bed; the comfortable bathroom also includes a washing machine; the kitchen has an induction cooktop and everything you need to prepare breakfast, lunch, and dinner at home; the living room features a state-of-the-art TV and a 4-seater sofa that can easily be converted into an extra bed for another guest; the living room also includes an extendable table for comfortable dining.

Guest Access

guests can check in completely independently using a key box located near the intercom. By entering a code that we’ll provide at check-in, guests can retrieve the keys and enter the apartment.
