From here, DOWN THROUGH A NARROW SPIRAL STAIRCASE, you enter the main part of the apartment: the second double bedroom with large bathroom, the kitchen, the living room and the small PRIVATE GARDEN! a RARITY in the historical center of Rome.  
  
THE ARCHITECTURAL UNIQUENESS OF THE APARTMENT UNFORTUNATELY, BESIDES MAKING IT UNIQUE OF ITS KIND, MAKES IT NOT SUITABLE FOR CHILDREN AND PEOPLE WITH MOBILITY DIFFICULTIES.
