The apartment is a very nice place. The town was next to the river. Easy access to Vatican City , Colosseum etc. The apartament itself was very suitable for us. I trust if anyone is looking for an apartment I recommend this one it is in a perfect location.

In the photos it looked clean and modern … we checked in and it a beautiful location… size and had character…. It is in need of a good painting and updating …. The sofa had no legs so it was sitting on the floor and for a 6 ft tall guy I was very uncomfortable… the bathroom had black mold on the walls in the shower and paint peeling off the moldings … half the towel hooks were falling off the wall …. The iron didn’t work …. But I loved the location and the neighborhood so much

Centrally located apartment, great for longer stay

The air conditioner leaked onto the floor. I let my contact know about it and he had it repaired the same day. The only negative about the stay was that we had two people and only one towel per person for 8 days. Plus they did not supply any washcloths to shower with, I went to the market and bought a microfiber towel to use as one. Very nice place centrally located. Multiple sights were within 10 to 15 minute walking distance.

The photos on the site are not the reality, the accommodation is dirty, under construction, poorly maintained, disgusting shower curtain, water leaks, internet does not work.... really not recommended. Fridge not maintained and dirty, noisy air conditioning and the owner does not take care of it.

It was dirty, the sink leaked, water all over the floor, mold around the tub and no light. Also when we arrived the person that met us was asking for more money that was indicated on our expedia bill. If I could get my money back I would ,but Expedia is not like other rental properities. In general the condition of the property is good. The water goes cold after a while, it means that the last one get a cold shower (in my case, 4 guests). The stair to go to bed is terrible. Somethings I have to discover by myself.... like the internet stopped to work and I found out that there is a mobile used as hotspot that was off (after asking the owner with no answer)... I asked for the tourism tax receipt and they told me that will be sent but I didn't receive so far.

Me gustó mucho la localización, céntrica y se podía ir andando a todos los sitios.... A destacar la amplitud, una vista con balcón a una plazeta, y dos camas dobles con colchones de calidad donde descansar a gusto. A mejorar, el baño, algo antiguo y el inodoro se desplaza creando una sensación desagradable. La escalera de hierro suena mucho
