Awful communication and bad business practices

We booked this and the host told us this was not available until 10 days after our check in time. We asked for a refund immediately but he never processed our refund. He took it upon himself to book us at one of his friends hotel under the table which we told him NO. At the time of this review we have still not been reimbursed (11 days) DO NOT book with this man. Please
