Cosy apartment with original flat and windows of 100 years ago, comfortable and spacious, ideal for groups of friends or families. It has a spacious and bright room with three single beds and view on the street for Colosseum and a comfortable double bedroom; the living room has LCD televisions with satellite channels and a sofa; the kitchen has a table for 5 people, is fully equipped with fridge, oven, microwave and LCD televisions with satellite channels..
The bathroom has a shower, bidet and washbasin.
The apartment is in a historic building located in the heart of ancient Rome, in front of the picturesque park of Trajan, with fantastic view of the Colosseum and the Fori Imperiali, in a unique position to enjoy the romantic and ancient Rome. Numerous local restaurants and cafes' in the neighborhood; bus and subway to 300 meters allow guests to easily reach any place in Rome. By walk is possible to reach the Colosseum, Roman Forum, the Capitol, the Basilica San Giovanni, the Pantheon, Piazza Navona, Campo de 'Fiori, Isola Tiberina, Trastevere, Bocca della Verità. At 50 meters from the 'flat there is the public Park of Trajan with the possibility to spend pleasant leisure time sitting on a bench looking at the Colosseum;also in the park there is a children's playground and a public café.
With the presence of the owner you can take pictures of the beautiful city view from the terrace of the building.

Great location and very nice host

We had a nice week in Rome in family The flat is big and extremely well located, only significant downside is the lack of sonic insulation. Enzo was very kind to us as well.

Big apartment in a great location

We enjoyed our stay at Enzo's. The place was beautiful with old world charm. And I can't say enough good things about the neighborhood and location. It was close to sites, amazing restaurants and public transportation.

Nice apartment in very good location of Rome. Enzo was very accommodating and even arranged a private transfer to airport after our 4 day stay. Beds could use newer mattresses but overall stay was excellent.

Super host, spacious accommodation, great location

We stayed 3 nights in early October and our host Enzo was excellent- very good communications, very responsive and helpful- he organized an excellent private car for our trip to the airport too. The apartment was very spacious and in an excellent location with a view to the coliseum and park. The beds were comfortable and set up as we requested for 2 adults in separate bedrooms. The kitchen was stocked with dishes and cooking equipment. The shower was great for us - but it might be a bit small for a bigger person. The washing machine was easy to use and drying racks were provided. We would definitely book again if we returned to Rome.

This apartment was in a great location and was a terrific value. We had a w bedroom that was spacious, clean, bright and well appointed. We would definitely stay there again.

This was a beautiful apartment in a building with it's original features. Enzo was a great host, and walked us through the apartment when we got there, and made sure we had everything we needed. He also made arrangements for us to get to the airport on our last day in Rome.

Great apartment and location!

We had a great stay in this apartment. The location is perfect. Very close to the Colloseum, and easy access to all major sights by foot or walk to the Metro. Great, comfortable neighborhood with park and all necessities very close. Enzo was very helpful with arrangements. Highly recommend!

Perfect Trip to Rome

Perfect Trip, we spent four days in the apartment, only five minutes by walk to the collosseum. Metro Station is nearby. Enzo arranged everything perfectly, the shuttle service from and to the airport was perfect as well. We can only recommend booking this flat.

Great location

This place is in a great location, perfect for walking around Rome. We had a great time and it was close to everything! Grocery store just a 5 min walk restaurants all around and just a few min walk to the colosseum. Lots of room for us and our 3 kids. Enzo was very helpful and did a great job of checking us in. He is very prompt on getting us checked in and also checked out. I would definitely recommend this property if you want to stay in the heart of Rome.

Great stay in Rome

We loved our time in Rome. We stayed with our two teenage daughters for 4 nights and it was nice to have an entire apartment to spread out. Loved the authentic classic Italian floors, building, windows/shutters. Location was 5 min walk to coliseum and many good restaurants. Enzo & Carla were great and made us feel very welcome and arranged for transportation to/from airport. Highly recommend!

Spacious apartment in Rome.

Lovely apartment on first floor in nice neighborhood close to the colosseum. Big enough for the four of us with plenty of extra room. Showers were a challenge with minimal hot water but we just spaced them out throughout the day and night. Enzo is the perfect host!

Great Locatiion for Seeing the Eternal City

Enzo and Vieri were great to work with. They handled my late arrival due to a snow storm in the Northeastern US without any issues. They were very welcoming, helpful, full of good information, and genuinely cared about us as their guests. The apartment is in a superb location near the Coliseum, Forum, Etc. Great location in Rome!

This location was ideal for us. It was right across the street from a park that led right tot the Coliseum, Forum, and so on. We were close enough to everything, but it still felt like a nice residential neighborhood. Enzo was very friendly and accommodating and communication was excellent. He went the extra mile with us for our very early check out. The apartment was exactly as advertised.

A great place to stay in the heart of Rom

Enzo was a great communicator and arranged for our pick up at the airport which was welcome after a long flight. He made sure we were oriented to the apartment and gave us advice on best time, locations, etc. for things in Rome. The apartment is a great size for a family of four. The washing machine and drying rack were very helpful. Altogether, a convenient location for seeing Rome.

Lovely apartment in the heart of Rome!

Very nice, big and comfortable apartment, perfectly located in the centre of Rome. Very friendly owner and his coworkers. Only 5-10 minutes from Colosseum and metro station, 10 minutes from supermarket and fantastic, our favorite trattoria-pizzeria Luzzi. It was our second stay in Enzo’s apartment (parents and two children) and we will definitely come back if we are in Rome again. Thank you Enzo!

Enzo was so warm and welcoming, showing us the ins and outs of the apartment, helping us settle in, and giving us some local recommendations to try out. We found the apartment to be exactly what we needed with a well equiped kitchen, spacious and full of character. There were plenty of fans to help with the warm weather (no air con, but we were aware of this, have no issue with not having one and fans did the job just as well ). I would definitely stay here again. Thank you Enzo for making our time in Rome just that little bit more special.

Wonderful apt close to Colosseum!

We stayed at this apartment for 4 nights over Easter with our 2 children, ages 10 and 12. It was perfect for a family of 4! Easy walking distance to the Colosseum, Forum and many restaurants. Enzo picked us up from the airport which was very helpful. He was wonderful to work with and very easy to contact if we needed anything. The Vatican, Trevi Fountain, Soanish steps are all just a 15 minute can ride away.

Few days with family in Rome

The location was great for the train station and the Coloseum/Forum. Restaurants and cafes were only a couple of blocks away. We also enjoyed the park across the street. Enzo was terrific to communicate with and very responsive as we were juggling changing arrival times. He also was helpful in arranging a cab for our trip to the airport. We really appreciated the spaciousness of the apartment. Lots of room for four adults to spread out. It was really hot while we were there so it was a bit noisy at night when we had the windows open.
