Cozy 220 sqm apartment located on the 4th floor of a historic building of the 1600s, with elevator, on two levels connected by an internal staircase, equipped with a large and panoramic private terrace, which is part of the 30 sqm apartment with a view on Castel Sant'Angelo and San Pietro.
The apartment, equipped with air conditioning, is very welcoming and bright with a large living room and dining room; comfortable kitchen equipped with everything needed to prepare breakfast and meals. The rooms are equipped with sheets, towels, soap, shampoo. In the two main bathrooms there is also a comfortable bathtub. The windows are equipped with shutters and cleaning is included.
City tax is not included and must be paid at check-in in cash: € 3.5 per night per person.

Wonderful Stay!
Lovely and comfortable apartment with an elevator. Fedele allowed us to check in a little early and was much appreciated. He gave us a quick tour to go along with the information he sent via email. He checked in with us midway to be sure all was good. Great communication. Terrace views were beautiful. The apartment is walking distance to many sites. A block behind the building is an adorable neighborhood with shops and restaurants. The street the building is on is quite busy, lots of traffic and sirens. We got used to the noise, but bring earplugs if you are sensitive. We loved our stay!

Great location, best views ever of the Castel St Angelo and Old Rome on the door step
February for the Rugby, 3 couples. A good property in the best location, 4th floor served by a excellent if old lift, lots and lots of character, and very comfortable. Although it would benefit a little attention to the main shower (a new shower head and shower mat, minor issues). One double bed room is rather small and off the main living area, the two other doubles are superb, the last bed room is ideal for up to four singles (kids) or adult who don't mind single beds. A small shower room with toilet "in the shower" has been shoe horned next to the utility room, it works as a loo don't think any of us tried it as a shower. A superb balcony overlooking the Tibre accessible form two of the bedrooms. Our single issue was the check out time of 10.00, there is no concierge or option to leave bags if you have a late flight, Fedelle the owner indicated a luggage depository a couple of minutes away, we (6 adults) didn't try it, we went to the airport (Leonardo Da Vinci), dumped bags in left luggage (10E) then cabs to ancient Ostia (Rome's old port) for the day (a fantastic option) there is an excellent restaurant near the entrance. , Rome is a walking around city, this is a great base to do it from. .

Perfect apartment with perfect location!
We’ve been to Rome several times, but this time was by far the best. This location is perfect no matter what you need to do in Rome. Put on top of that this wonderful roomy apartment with an excellent terrace with the most amazing views. We will definitely come back! Rome with a view
Dropped right in the heart of Rome to live like a Roman. Just steps from Castle San Angelo. There is a bus stop for the tour buses - right up the block. Only 15 minute walk to all the sites. Need to have strong lungs...5 flights up, but worth it! There is an elevator for 3 people. ;) The terrace views and view from every window is the Tiber and the Castle and even St Peters. Go at night for stunning views and less people. The place is immaculate and a mix of old And new world with modern twist. Fedele was amazing and Marco attended to the air conditioning Super Fast to keep the family cool in a heat wave. Can’t say enough good things about the property great for this family of four. Ample space to spread out but come together to enjoy Roma!
