Very good place to stay and they are very helpful. I’d recommend making sure the city tax fee is charged as shown on Expedia though. Also important to mention, they describe as having luggage storage, but it’s not a room, so your bags may be unattended in the common area.

Great location!! Considering Rome is a big city, it’s located close to some tourist attractions (10-15 mins walking) such as Trevi Fountain, Spanish Steps & Piazza del Popolo. We loved our staying at this hotel. Considering the high prices around this area we found a gem of place. Kind confusing doing the Check- In so make sure to confirm your reservation and arrival before you get there. We had to wait 15-20 mins outside the property waiting for someone to open the Door and let us get in so we had to explained we got a reservation there. The City Tax (€60) in CASH kind suspicious but we had not option. It’s a good option to stay and enjoy Rome for a few days.

The staff were friendly, and went out of their way to be helpful. The guesthouse was very clean and central to all of the attractions and restaurants. I wouldn't hesitate staying there again!

The location is very comfortable. You can walk to the Termini and to other objects like Spanish step, Trevi(10 min). Even 30 min walk to Trastevere. The owner very nice and helpful, all the question were answered. The room was tiny, but clean and comfy. There is also a refrigerator, coffee machine in the kitchen.

Place was next to a lot of attractions. Host was super helpful and so was Borris. Place is a hidden gem. Room had good air conditioning, nice bathroom and shower.

The location was great and we were able to walk to almost everything. The location felt safe and had many restaurants near by. The host was great. The room was way smaller than we expected and so was the shower. The bathroom could also have been cleaner. The host did try to help us to another room but we just didn’t have time to switch.

Good location, but the facilities were ok-ish
Location is good, nice antique furniture, welcoming staff, a very nice Italian man Bruno at the reception, though he is not English speaking. But the was a lady on WhatsApp who helped with the translation and any questions. There was a smell in the room.

We booked this place for one night because we arrived a day earlier than planned. The location is very central. It’s not a typical hotel with 24hr on duty service however the staff was extremely hospitable and the rooms very clean comfortable and the ac worked really well. We arrived at 830 am and they worked quickly to get us into a room even though check in wasn’t until 3pm. Bruno offered me an espresso and my son a juice and pastry while we waited. The room was meticulously cleaned and sheets were as nice as in our 4star hotel. The ac actually worked better than in our current hotel. There is a small common kitchenette to prepare coffee and a small shared fridge. The other guests in the other rooms were very quiet.

Definitely Coming Back ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
I stayed for 7 nights and I have to say that I didn't feel like a hotel or Inn guest but instead I felt like I was living in Rome because by having the magnetic key to come and go and without having to speak or see anyone at the reception I felt very free and autonomous. The place is Fantastic and with that traditional Roman and Italian architecture that creates a proper Roman experience. There is also a great WiFi Broadband. I has couple of Skype with some clients and the line was very strong and stable that I could also use my 4k camera. The owner, Lucrezia, Is absolutely polite and welcoming and she makes the Tay even better. I will definitely be back when in Rome! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Spent 5 nights at A Star Inn, fantastic location, very friendly and helpful staff, lovely building. Surprisingly quiet , even though in centre of City. About 20 minutes walk from Main Termini Station.We found we could walk almost everywhere , did not need to use public transport , with exception of the Vatican, which is a bit of a hike away. We had the smallest room, which is a bit on the small side, but very clean , and nicely decorated. Would definately stay there again.

Fantastic stay!
We stayed at A Star Inn for a week and had a wonderful time. The host was very friendly, and gave us excellent recommendations as this was our first time in Rome. The hotel is a few minute walk to the Trevi Fountain and is in the center of Rome. Hotel is very clean and spacious. Will come back again!

Stay here! Everything was excellent.
We had the best stay here, the staff were wonderful, the communal kitchen was really great, the room was large, the building and neighbourhood was safe and clean. Close to a train station and close enough to central that we walked with 2 large suitcases. They held our bags for us on the last day when we had a late departure. This place was fantastic!

Difficult to find, the entrrence is through two double gates which you need to be buzzed into and then through a courtyard and through another set of doors. The location is great

Beautiful apartment home near sightseeing
I truly enjoyed this wonderful apartment home within walking distance to major sightseeing areas. The home-like feel of this place made it an ideal change from hotels. I highly recommend this wonderful place.

Great place
Stayed here for one night because we got into Rome 1 day early. Wish we stayed here the rest of the time. This place it great! Clean. Safe and great area. Comfy bed. Only down side was wifi didn't work in our room so we had to go in the lobby. I would stay here again.

The basic
The hotel location is good however the WiFi does not work. Also the television is only in Italian . the rooms are very small also. In all its good if you plan to stay out all day and only come to sleep. They have a shared kitchen also. Ilaria the young lady who helps with the check in is very nice and understanding. Also she speaks English a bit..

Seeing Rome
A two day stay to see the sights whilst travelling. Accommodation was clean and felt like we were in Rome, not anywhere in the world like more generic stays. Close to see everything that we wanted so we did Rome on foot other than the Vatican ☺️
