The location is perfect! Literally, 6 minutes walking from Termini train station and bus stop. Lots of restaurants around. A small supermarket is nearby.
The hotel itself is very nice for a 3-star hotel. The staff are very friendly and willing to help. Initially, we had a room facing the street, and it was tiny and dark. We requested to change the room and were accommodated. The room was clean. Breakfast was quite all right: eggs, breads, ham, cheese, pastries, cereal and yoghurt. Our bathroom even had a bidet.
The only issue is, you will hear everything your neighbours do. If you are unlucky to have rowdy neighbours, you will not get a good rest.
We were unable to connect to hotel WIFI with U.S. phones.
It took a very long time for the water to warm up in the shower.
Also, the lights are too dim for the size of the room.
Otherwise, everything was great. I will definitely stay there again.
