"The atmosphere at this lodge was peaceful and restful. We spent a lot of time in the rocking chairs on the patio looking out at the lake. The breakfast was adequate, with gluten free options that were a welcome surprise. The staff was very helpful and knowledgeable about the area. Some of the details in the room could be updated, specifically the balcony/bathroom door handles and the bathroom flooring that was cracked and moved when you stepped on the tiles. "

The only negative we had was locking ourselves out of the cabin and not being able to connect with y'all in a timely matter and having to drive all the way back home to get a different computer and your emails with the door code. "The property is beautiful, well appointed, and in a great location. The kitchen and dining area where a bit small, in relation to the overall size of the house, especially for big families, but was not a big problem.You do need bigger trash containers, or more of them outside, because a large family can generate a lot of trash in a few days!But overall, it was a great property and we had a wonderful time! Thank you for allowing us to make lasting memories in it!"
