"This property was even better than the pictures showed. Everything was squeaky clean and it is well furnished throughout. There were many special amenities that made our stay perfect. The balcony had comfortable furniture for looking out over the beautiful lake and mountains. The host was very responsive to any questions we had. We were in Hiawassee for the Dailey and Vincent Music Festival and we were less than 15 minutes from the Fair Grounds. We hope to stay there next year as well!"

"This property is beautiful and located close to Lake Chatuge and the fairgrounds. It was clean and as described The only real issue we had was with the communication. You see, a week or so before we were to come I received a message from the property management asking for us to pay the remaining balance on this rental. However, I’d paid it all in full to VRBO over a month prior. This may have been an issue between VRBO and the management company. Next upon check in, we noticed there was water in the master bathroom floor. We let them management know. We also told them the toilet was also running constantly and we were told it’d be fixed asap. The next day we asked them to please fix the washer asap as we needed it. The next day water was in the floor again, toilet still running, and we contacted again. No response. Not fixed. Finally the day before we checked out, I called again and told them (on voicemail again) that I expected some compensation/refund as I was never able to do laundry. Someone texted me and told me I would get some sort of refund to my credit card, but never told me how much. The property is great. The communication, not so much. I left with the toilet still running and the washer not working and leaking water into the floor. Looked like it had been a while too bc the flooring was beginning to bubble up. Only other issue is not enough bath towels for two bathrooms and a hot tub."

"This was probably the cleanest and best equipped cabin that I have ever rented. The area was quiet with very little traffic and noise, which is exactly what I wanted. Everything worked like it was supposed to, WIFI, TV, AC. Kitchen was well equipped and needed nothing. Front door has a combo code that you get when you check in, so that was easy. Thanks for a great stay."
