"We were going to be in the area for the day & thought we would just stay overnight & have a mini weekend get away with our 3 kids ( 1 of which is an infant & learning to crawl) It was a late booking & only for a night. There were no check in instructions, host didn’t answer the messages or phone calls. Had to call VRBO to have them reach out to the host to provide check in info. Online it looked cozy. Nothing extravagant but something for a night in the mountains for our family. When we got checked in the place was FILTHY! Stains on the couch, the carpet, the wood flooring. The wood flooring has serious subfloor issues that truly need to be looked at as it seems unsafe for guests. There was hair in the bathroom, pubic hair in the sheets, taped notebook paper on the inside of the sheets & not all the lights were working. No TVs in the bedrooms.. and the yard had a huge tree that was down. I’m thankful VRBO approved our refund because we decided to just make the 3 hour trip back home that evening instead of staying. Would not recommend this listing for anyone & honestly think VRBO should remove it from their site entirely. #slumlord "

"This place was the perfect spot for our weekend getaway! A beautiful view of the mountains with plenty of deer, rabbits, birds, and turtles to watch on the property. The shower was really pretty and relaxing after a long day at the pickleball tournament"

"Beautiful place everything was perfect! Only issue is the ac in the sun room went out making it a little uncomfortable in there but opening the windows and the doors fixed it. (May wanna fix that before summer hits)Place was great, had an amazing view, and was perfect. A few of the people staying at the resort for the wedding came back and used the game room at the house and made it more fun using the pool table and Hottub as the resorts was out. 100% the right choice over the wedding venues rooms. They were complaining about neighbors, while I was woken up by birds chirping. I really liked how most of it was screened so you could enjoy the air. Thanks for the perfect stay!"

"The creek was amazing. A couple of frustrations included, no WiFi and in turn no dvds to watch in place of no WiFi, the hot tub is cracked and a few nozzles were dirty, the pool table is not usable because of the middle being broken, nails in the back deck on main floor are sticking up, and lastly there are instructions to remove hot tub cover so that no damage occurs but that is very difficult given the space available. Keep in mind that these frustrations did not prevent us from having a wonderful time. "

"We can't say enough wonderful things about Jenn's attention to detail and our stay at this beautiful home. It's a perfect blend of rustic charm with elevated touches; super cozy beds, a lovely fireplace, million dollar views and the cleanliness was next level (and very much appreciated!). We will be renting again in October for my daughter's wedding weekend in Young Harris and we can't wait to visit this wonderful home once again. Fantastic experience!"

"The hot tub was clean, just not enough bubbles from the jets. Decorated so nice, king size bed very comfortable, game room great, nice porch swing, kitchen was stocked with plenty of pot and pans and dishes, great for a family, very clean!"

"This was a cute cabin in a quiet neighborhood near Brasstown Valley Resort, where we were attending a conference. Everything was great and we had no issues until the last day when we could not reach the manager and needed access after check out to get our things. Overall it was great. "
