Perfect hotel! It’s is perfectly placed next to everything you need and walking distance to the station. The hotel itself is very clean, spacious with great views, very classy and very nice staff. It's a really nice hotel. Beautiful staff - polite, efficient, friendly, and fluent in English. Very good breakfast. Excellent spa with a sauna and cold bath. Also, the hotel is in a very good location. - The service water in the lobby often runs out, but that's due to guests filling up their bottles, which is not good manner of course.

We’ve stayed here a few times and always enjoy it. The location is good, very close to Shin-Osaka station, the staff are always helpful, everything is clean and we like the big communal baths and sauna. Depending on which room you go for, the views of Osaka city are great too

Fabulous property and great oasis as the first hotel we stayed at and I wish we had stayed longer as Osaka has so much to offer and hotel so good. A little thing on amenities , the shower cloth was amazing. Free coffee and sesame snacks and candy in reception was a nice touch. Great location to get around.

Fantastic and very helpful staff! Clean and very comfy beds. Lovely view! And so handy to have station on the door step.
