  • This is a Garage space once used for a workshop that has been converted into an apartment with full kitchen, bathroom, and queen bed. Adjoining garage space for your parking (note garage space is small and will only accommodate a small to mid-size auto) additional parking available. Close to Beaver Lake, Lake Atalanta, bike trails, restaurants, museums, airports, and shopping. Large yard w/ private outdoor space. If the space is not available take a look at my other listings.
