Welcome to our charming, cosy attic! Here, we wanted to recapture the fond memories of our childhood attic: a warm atmosphere, beautiful beams, and natural materials... but we broke with tradition, creating a surprisingly spacious, modern, and bright environment. The air conditioning ensures an ideal temperature year-round, and the unique "skylight terrace" opens onto the outdoors (did you know about them?). This apartment is a real gem (yes, we love it, so please take good care of it!). We can accommodate 2 to 6 people here (3-star tourist accommodation rating for 3 people), with a separate bedroom, a sofa bed, and a second daybed. You'll also appreciate the light-filled reading/relaxation area... and perhaps even enjoy your coffee while breathing in the fresh Aveyron air thanks to the... Velux window on the terrace. The kitchen is fully equipped, so you should be able to live like a hermit in this lovely cocoon that you won't want to leave. Do you have children? We're willing to bet they'll spend hours hiding in the nooks and crannies and numerous hiding places… (if you lose them, give us a call). And of course, we won't tell you otherwise, the location is ideal: a few metres from the Aquavallon aquatic centre and the Dojo, a 15-minute walk from the city centre and a 10-minute walk from the Soulages Museum, the cinema, and the community hall. 2 to 6 people > 3 double beds > Near the city centre > 2nd floor (no lift)
