Top Notch service, but…
"Excellent service, amenities need refreshing.
Exclusion of dogs in the breakfast room, even though understandable, remains unusual and impractical."
A verified traveller stayed at Mercure Rodez Cathedrale
"We had a friendly greeting on arrival and our room was very clean and the bed comfortable with crisp white bedding. Nice modern bathroom with a walk-in shower.
The hotel is ideally located for visiting the town and one of the main squares is outside the building.
Unfortunately, despite the windows being triple glazed, the noise from outside was loud.
We would have enjoyed dinner at the hotel but the restaurant was closed that evening."
