"I really like the location of the property. It was at the end of downtown Banff, which made it more quiet. Yet was easy to walk or take the Roam bus. We really like the vibe of the hotel, which was mountain but bright. My young adult children really enjoyed the hot pools. And the restaurant and outdoor dining was lovely."

"This was such a fun venue to stay at for my family. The room was clean, safe, and comfortable. Upon arriving, our room wasn’t ready yet (we were a bit early on a busy weekend) so they gave us a key to the pool to use while we waited. When we showed up to the pool, there was a dj playing millennial themed party music, tons of young families and people at the pool, and a bar with drinks available to purchase. It felt more like a resort out of Mexico than a hotel in spokane. We were so pleasantly surprised and had a fantastic time partying on the pool deck! We would come back just for that experience!!"
