"This was our second stay at RRR and we love the place more every time. It is quiet and peaceful, but child and family-friendly. The walk down to the river was pretty steep and strenuous for us old folks, but no problem for children. There is so much to do in the area including great food and fun activities. We will stay here again! "

"Great place for our girls trip! Very comfortable with plenty of room to relax, both inside and outside. The heat was a little hard regulate between the upstairs and downstairs but would definitely come back again.The house had everything we needed"

"We had a great time at Sea La Vie. It had everything we needed and more. The store being just a few houses down was very convenient as well as the proximity to MacKerricher State Park. We drove to the park to see how far it was before walking to make sure. Although it was close to the park unless you are an avid walker I would say for us with different ages family members walking to the boardwalk area by the beach would have been too far for us. It was a very quick drive however to park by the boardwalk then walk the boardwalk along the beach as well as the walking paths. We also were driving back and forth to Fort Bragg a lot but it was very close to the town so we didn’t mind it. Great big backyard, although we only used the spa which was clean and the temp was just right. The house was clean including the bathrooms. I only had one issue with one metal soap dispenser but it wasn’t a problem to grab the extra soap from the kitchen to use in there. Not a big issue so I just mentioned it after checkout so they could replace it and they were quick to reply it was mentioned to their team. All in all we had a wonderful time and I can see us coming back again in the future. Thank you for lending us your place for the weekend. "

"This is a luxury property, and the pricing reflects that. The very high expenses in this area of the country (e.g., gas, food) drives the high cost of the property. Also a factor is the investment and upkeep of the 2,200 acres of private and well-maintained property. The 2-hour UTV tour of the property was excellent. The food is exquisite, much of it locally sourced."
