We are happy to share our beautiful, sunny Rockledge home with room for 8 and all modern amenities. Perfect for hosting and enjoying a nice family vacation or a get away with friends, with a spacious living room, large bedrooms, modern kitchen with all stainless steel appliances. Engineered hardwood floor in living room and all bedrooms. Tiled kitchen and dining room. Large front and back yard with shady Oak trees. Screened in Lanai to relax with a book or have dinner with your family.  
The space  
This stylish single-level bungalow home features warm wood floors, gentle lighting, high-end furniture, Turkish rugs, and well-thought-out decor. Spacious dining room connects effortlessly to the screened-in patio, offering a generous and dynamic space for indoor/outdoor lounging with loved ones, while the backyard offers plenty of space for stretching out and soaking in Florida's abundant sunshine.  
  
The Living Room is beautifully decorated with leather reclining couches, a 70” Smart Samsung HDTV with plenty of free channels.  
  
A cozy office-equipped bedroom offers additional quiet space away from the main living areas for guests in need of a focused place for remote work or study.  
  
The Master bedroom features a plush King bed with a Tempurpedic mattress, Cotton comforter, luxurious side tables, full dresser and a smart TV for maximum relaxation. A connected master bath ensures plenty of privacy for guests. Blackout curtains have been installed in all bedrooms for the best endogenously produced melatonin-induced sleep.  
  
The second, third and fourth bedrooms all have comfortable queen beds, closets, great lighting and blackout curtains.  
The clean and recently-renovated kitchen has all granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, every modern convenience and is connected to a tasteful dining room by a convenient island bar with stylish stools. This area is perfect for preparing your morning coffee or sumptuous meals for you and yours.
