"The listing did not show that we had to climb a high exterior staircase resembling a fire escape (22 steps) to enter the apartment. We are two 70 year old international visitors with 2 -50 lbs suitcases to carry up the stairs (unprotected from the heavy rain). Although there was a laundry closet with a tub and plumbing, a private washer and dryer was not provided (to be fair, not in listing). We had to use a shared washer in the other building and shared clotheslines. Again, carry outside in...
