Vintage fixer-upper

Quiet neighborhood. Nice beds. No drawers for clothing that doesn't hang. Needs better cleaning. If you are more than 12.5" deep, you won't get into the questionable bathroom. The third "bedroom" (basement) does not have a window a person can get through. No mice or creepy crawlies. No dishwasher or garbage disposal. Host was very kind.
