    Eazy Breezy is a Partial Oceanview townhome in Rockaway Beach. This three level, home-away-from-home, offers a partial ocean view from the front and gorgeous coastal mountain views from the back. Eazy Breezy comfortably sleeps 8 people and is dog friendly.

    The top level features the principal balcony. The balcony is a perfect spot for relaxing with a glass of Oregon wine or a local microbrew. This level also has the main living space with a bright decor, a 55" flat screen TV, DVD player, and WiFi.

    The top level also features the kitchen with granite counters, stainless steel appliances and everything you need to make simple vacation foods or fabulous gourmet meals. The dining room table has room for up to six guests, and a breakfast nook offers sunrise views of the coastal mountains. A half bath is found on the top level.

    The lovely bedrooms are both on the lower level. The primary bedroom features a private balcony with the same beach views as the upper level. The primary bedroom also features a plush, king-size bed and private bathroom with jetted tub. You will hear the continuous and soothing rhythms of the waves crashing on the beach from the master bedroom. The second bedroom features a plush queen bed and full bathroom with tub and shower. The lower level has a washer and dryer to provide all the conveniences of home.

    The garage level doubles as a semi-finished recreation area. You will find a pool table ready for you. Family friendly movies, board games, and beach supplies will also be found here. This is a great space for kids, or for adults who are still kids at heart!

    This is a dog-friendly property; there is a non-refundable pet fee (plus tax) per pet (limit 2) per stay. Dogs Only. Please do not leave dogs unattended at any time in or on the property.

Loved the easy check-in/check-out. Staff was very responsive to questions. The view is nice and proximity to the beach is great. Wish the 2nd bedroom wasn't all bunk beds so we could come back with more adults. Carpet could use a good shampooing.

Amazing place to stay! Very clean and cared for. A perfect place to have after a day of exploring the amazing beaches of the coast and walk to the beach for a sunset bonfire in the beach! Very spacious and the pool table was a huge bonus! We loved our stay there!!

While I really enjoyed the location and my overall vacation, I was disappointed with the cleanliness of the home. When we arrived, there were noticeable and unusual smells throughout the home, with different rooms having different odors. The kitchen in particular smelled as though food had recently been cooked or left behind, although we could not find anything that appeared to be causing the smell. I also did not feel that the home had been thoroughly cleaned before our arrival. I found crumbs throughout the home, which made it seem like the floors had not been properly swept or vacuumed. Most concerning, there was hair from a previous guest left in the shower walls. Because of this, I was not confident that the bathroom, or the home as a whole, had been properly cleaned and prepared for our arrival. I would recommend other places in Rockaway and I would stay somewhere different if I return.
