I arrived with my family at Westgate and the check in process was easy. Staff helpful and friendly. The room was comfortable and clean. Loved the place. Very near the Universal parks. Will stay again.

Everything was great other than the pool closing at 8 pm. The lighting in the room was a bit dim and the magnifying lit mirror in bathroom was not usable. It was activated by motion, but the sensor does not face you. Other than that, it was really good

Early check in? Forget about it, go with Rentyl they got me in by 12 PM ( twice ) also checkout is at 10 PM. Not worth it through VSTAYS in my opinion. Rentyl got me in early twice in two weeks. Is it a good home yes. But man did the front desk suck.

Decent place. Spacious 2/2 with full kitchen and living room. A bit dated but clean. No room service and food stops at 830. Drinks are overpriced, overall a decent experience.
Walking distance to the beach. Great location! Great for kids!
