Arrived at 530pm and did not get a room until nearly 7. They said they ran out of linens. Over 20 people waiting in the lobby. Check in is supposed to be at 3pm. Awful. Hotel looks under construction and run down.

Hyatt Regency Rochester
It is old buildingin in the downtown. House keeping is in the hall way until 9 pm. Parking is under the construction hard to find main entrance when we parked.

Hilton Garden Inn Rochester Downtown, NY
We were there for multiple nites. After the first one we had to ask the front desk to have our room serviced as had not been. The staf dealing with guests are excellent, very friendly and goi g out of their way to accommodate us. The breakfast cook was excellent
