"Pool closed, one morning of no hot water, room above us was moving furniture all night long and due to the floor we heard everything."

"The location of the property was great and we had a nice view of the river, however, the windows and inside window sill were extremely dirty. There was a nice keurig coffee maker that we were unable to use due to there being no cups in the room. Also, there was no soap in the bathroom and our tub/shower had no curtain. And the bathroom door scraped loudly on the floor when trying to open and close. The bed was clean and comfortable, though. "

"Worst experience ever. Host and partner lives upstairs from the bnb apartment. Host and partner was caught on video multiple times stalking and put their ears to the doors of the bnb apartment while my children was inside. Support was called no one did anything about it. Host was very rude and two days prior of me being there for our 5 night stay, host put me and my children out for speaking up to support. Host maker excuses and never canceled out our stay. Worst experience I’ve had coming to Rochester ever "

"Really clean and comfy! Check-in directions were straightforward and easy to understand. Only downside was I attempted to get in touch with the owner with some questions and didn’t get a response. Super close to downtown and some good food and the neighborhood it’s in is very cool. Would totally stay again!"
