Private: property 600 m2, terraced garden with wildlife garden. Barbecue house. 50 m long bumpy motor access (via unmade road). Stepped path (3 steps) to the house. Parking on the premises. Shop 1 km, grocery 1 km, supermarket 700 m, restaurant 1 km, sandy beach "Follonica" 39 km. Walking paths from the house 400 m.
