"All the staff were friendly and informative about the facilities as well as other logistics. The rooms were bright, clean and spacious. Was very grateful for the upgrade to a quieter part of the hotel after experiencing excessive noise outside of the first room. The upgraded room was larger and quieter where rest was appreciated. The hotel hosts a number of events including weddings and a variety of celebrations. It was very active over the weekend with a lot of people and beautiful fancy costumes to admire. The amenities were nice with staff assisting with anything one might need including towels. Using the pool in the early morning or later in the evening outside of children swim times was quieter. The sauna, steam and whirlpool were all in good working order. The gym equipment and workout room seemed to be in full use, especially with it being a membership facility for those living in the neighbourhood. The spa treatments were nice with friendly staff and a bonus having a separate rest room to recover in. Good to book those in advance with all the hotels events going on. The restaurant and bar facilities were well stocked with a variety to choose from. The sitting area in the lobby seemed to have a continuous flow of people, especially for dinner or the music they provided on the weekend. Breakfast buffet was abundant offering food varieties for all appetites. The area was nice to walk around, yet one would benefit having a vehicle there for ease of getting around."

"We stayed here visiting friends for 2 nights and loved it! Very clean and comfortable. We ordered breakfast which was amazing although not cheap. We had a beer at the bar which was nice with a relaxed area and the staff could not do enough for us. We will 100% be staying here again next time we visit."

"The only fault was we didnt get 2 clean towels on 2 days. Only 1 therefore we didnt know whose towel was whose. One had to use a hand towel after shower. Parking secure Breakfast and staff were excellent"

"My first time staying at The Address in Citywest! The atmosphere was trendy and tranquil! Daniel was an amazing Front of House Manager! The rooms were spacious and inviting! The beds were beautiful and comfortable! The food offerings were great but the breakfast service was a disappointment! Food lukewarm and barely edible! I hate self service buffets! Staff were pretty efficient and brilliant especially Toma! 5 stars throughout all departments! Will definitely choose The Address Citywest again and would recommend to others!"
