This spacious and modern vacation home spans two floors and, with its 5 rooms, offers plenty of space for up to 8 people—perfect for families or groups looking to enjoy a relaxing vacation in a natural setting.

On the first floor, the bright living and dining area with a cozy fireplace forms the heart of the house. The open, fully equipped kitchen is perfect for cooking together. Directly adjacent are a bedroom with two single beds, a modern shower room, and a practical storage room.

Upstairs, there are three bedrooms, each furnished with comfortable hotel-quality beds. Another highlight is the shower room with an adjoining sauna, which invites you to enjoy a private spa experience.

Two terraces are at your disposal. The large meadow right next to the house invites you to enjoy nature—take in the sweeping view of the countryside, let off some steam, or relax amidst the peaceful landscape.

The air conditioning in the living room and on the upper floor ensures pleasant temperatures inside the house on hot days.

The vacation home includes two parking spaces located in an adjacent central parking lot.


Information on the visitor’s tax and any other possible costs:
The visitor’s tax is calculated at the time of booking and is included in the total cost. In the event of changes to local regulations, the tourist tax rate may change before your arrival. You are always required to pay the tourist tax as calculated by the municipality.
Linens are not included in the rental price. Linen packages (made-up beds, hand towel, shower towel, bath mat—25.00 euros/person) can be booked separately.
If you use the sauna, electricity (currently 0.50 euros/kWh) will be billed separately based on consumption.
We provide firewood for your fireplace upon arrival, and additional firewood can be purchased if needed.

We place great importance on creating a cozy atmosphere—even on vacation. With functional and stylish furnishings, we aim to make you feel “right at home.” The cottages accommodate 2 to 8 people and are ideal for couples, families, or friends.

Thanks to their central location, the vacation homes serve as an ideal starting point for excursions into the Mecklenburg Lake District. Lake Müritz is just a 3-minute walk away, and the tourist center of Waren (Müritz) is only a 25-minute drive away. Perfect for nature lovers, active vacationers, and those seeking relaxation!
