This is the most beautiful cabin I have ever been in. It's spacious, beautiful, and located in the middle of the forest. I highly recommend it and will be staying there again next year. The property manager Nury was excellent.
Our weekend was exactly what we were hoping for. The view is breathtaking. We spent a lot of time enjoying the view and taking LOTS of photos The kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals. The cabin is very clean. It's a great location for taking day trips. Our hostess Nury was very responsive to our texts. Awesome experience.
Morning coffee on the porch, rocking as the fog rises off the mountains, hummingbirds dart about around our heads; lunch at the picnic table with the yellow finches playing in the bushes; cooking dinner on the gas stove, relaxing as the skies turn pink and orange at sunset; SEC Football Saturday on the comfy leather sofa; Sunday afternoon spa time in clawfoot slipper tub…a restful and rejuvenating 4 days. What a Blessing!
The two of us spent 5 nights at this cabin. As advertised, it’s perched up on a mountain with beautiful views and lots of seclusion, something we wanted. Very homey and packed with eclectic home decor which enriched our visit. Had everything we needed to cook regularly. Cabin is quite cozy and works well for one couple. It was a wonderful trip and definitely would stay here again.
A bit on logistics… We have a 4WD truck which made it up the mountain easily but it is a steep drive with a few tight switchbacks so take that into consideration. No cell signal at all at the cabin (AT&T or Verizon) and very very spotty in the entire area. There is Wi-Fi that is pretty reliable, although it went out for a few hours during a thunderstorm (which was amazing to watch through the massive windows) — bring some books just in case. The nearest grocery store is about 20 minutes away and had everything we needed.
Hosts were very responsive. Thanks again Nury!
Beautiful cabin with stunning views! It is a very steep gravel road up to the cabin so AWD is a must. Enjoyed being able to disconnect from the world and just enjoy the sounds of nature while having all the modern amenities.
Cabin was immaculate. Description of priperty was precise. Cozy yet elegant and homey. Owners left restaurant recommendations, down to massage recommendations and everything in between. Decor was pleasant with both a Spanish and Mountain feel. The view was absolutely breathtaking. Super pleased.
