- This home is situated in a quiet neighborhood and is on the water with a big yard for the kids to play in and a HUGE deck. Built in fire pit in the back yard for making s'mores. Fish right off the private dock. Throw your floats out in the water and float stress free knowing there won't be any boat traffic. Feel the stress melt away as soon as you step into the large wrap around deck. Paved parking pad capable of holding 3 cars and just 3 steps to gain entry into the house. Gas Grill on the deck. Ping pong table under a covered screened in porch.
