Spacious room with great staff

The staff were extremely kind and friendly, room was very spacious with a separate shower and bathtub and 2 sinks, lots of room for multiple people to get ready for the day.

Good deal for the price.

The room was ok. There were several hand bars in the bathroom for bathing safely. The bathroom and sink area could use some updating/maintenance. Otherwise, it appeared clean.

Not what was expected

Our first room was a smoking room. He said they aren't as nice but we were ok with that. Noticed some water on the floor next to the bed and then the smell of poo filled the room. Water was coming up in the room next to the bed. We quickly packed up and went to the office. The next room, a non-smoking room was a little nicer but the bed was hard and the pillows were flat. Staff was nice.

Check in was great, got to the room and toilet was running. Switched rooms and 2nd room was worse. Light didnt work, only outlet sparked when tried to plug in my breathing machine. Non smoking room that was clearly smoked in. Very dated and needs a complete overhaul

The front desk manager was extremely rude. A lady came in with her daughter stating that her room was full of roaches, then when I went up to my room I saw 6 roaches throughout the night. The shower rod was broken. Holes in the wall. Fridge barely worked. Nasty floors. Dirty walls.

The Motel was beyond dirty. The base board was falling off the wall and there were holes in the sheets from cigarettes burns. There was a broken mirror, hair in the towels and a dirty wash cloth in the sink. That is inside not to mention the shady activity and trash outside the room. I do not recommend and would never stay here again.

The information on Expedia.com was totally misleading. The hotel was dirty. Open electrical sockets. Missing tank cover for toilet. The shower area dirty and decaying. I am uploading pictures on Yelp and anywhere else I can find so that others will not be fooled by the description. Even after seeing all this Expedia still did not want to give me a refund.
