"We chose this hotel as it was near the park. The staff were efficient and very helpful. They have us tea and sweets on arrival before showing us to our room. The western style twin beds were clean and comfortable apart from the normal Japanese hard pillows. The legless chairs with cushions were set on a tatami platform and it overlooked a residential area & trees. The shower room was clean and well appointed. There are a lot of stairs within the actual room itself, which is a trip hazard in the middle of the night. We checked out a day early as the bed was very uncomfortable and very low to the ground. "

"Reception were very friendly and helpful. The location was very central, which unfortunately resulted in higher parking costs overnight. The internet was excellent, and a coin laundry was available. We didn't worry about the hot baths. The only real negative was the minimal space for suitcases. This wasn't popular with my travelling companions."
