The space was big, the bed was big and the toilet was big! We felt really comfortable and made the mistake of staying inside for far too long when Kumamoto has so much to offer. It was also walkable to the castle and the shopping arcade. There was even a massage chair in our room! However, hotel's location is not near to the main Kumamoto Station so the only transport to rely on is via tram, not recommended for those who have big luggage as tram can be packed and difficult to move up and down with luggage. Perhaps it will be good for hotel to provide free pick up and drop off services to and from Kumamoto station.
