Amazing hotel - MUST stay here!

We LOVED this palatial property. The lobby florals were stunning and changed daily. We got a room overlooking the front fountains which I recommend. The swimming pool is the largest & fanciest I’ve ever seen. The service was incredible. Alesia in the lobby was very helpful and kind. Fascial the butler was equally attentive and funny. Shukran for a fabulous stay.

Is a Palace!!! Beautiful, stunning and the service is very exceptional and exclusive attention, you realize that the Saudi people are very happy that you are visiting their country and explain with detail their culture, and history. Unfortunately lacking customer understanding

Made a mistake and reserved the Ritz-Carlton in Riyadh instead of Jeddah. I arrived only 2 min later at the reception in Jeddah - they contacted the Riyadh hotel, but they showed zero support or flexibility. No cancellation possible. I asked if I could at least change the date and come another time - they also refused. I would have expected a more customer friendly approach from the Ritz-Carlton.
