Daniel, Ocean, Lindy and all at Paradis de L'Anse made my stay wonderful.Daniel is one of the best chefs & I've lived in Manhattan, Los Angeles, and San Francisco. Many years, all of them.Order either of the 2 steaks... Magnificent! As was all else. Please know that Sundays, guests must reserve for the buffet luncheon & no dinner Sun Night & closed Monday. The view from my room was as incredible as the location. NOTE: It is a very steep location as a result, with many stone steps up & down. If one has disabilities I believe Daniel will find a way to oblige guests, but it is not easy to & from the rooms w best views, nor to the beach. But worth it!

I liked the location to the beach, the abiluty to get something to eat from the restaurant and the pool. I disliked the treacherous hill/steps we had to climb to get to the resturant and the horrible smell in the area surrounding the resturant.

Beautiful beach, a little busy, a pretty little coral reef with fish and corals on the right side of the beach, so it allows you to experience little of snorkeling. The room had a beautiful view of the sea. The downside is, that there is no store close by to buy necessities. You have to travel 5 km to town of Le Marin.

Great location, otherwise awful. Sleeps 3 = tiny bedroom, just big enough to fit a full size bed and a short roll-away bed that blocks the way to the bathroom when unfolded. Cockroaches large flying and tiny ones - there must be a nest inside. Manager no where to be found. No Wifi. No English, zero. No one to let you in until the locals start calling from a nearby bar... seriously! The pool on on property is tiny, no pool towels. And the acoustics! You can hear your neighbor poop, in detail.

The hotel is very nice and low key and reasonably priced. The property is older but well maintained. The bungalow that we stayed in had 2 rooms. The bedroom was small when we opened up the twin bed, but otherwise nice. It was a short walk to the best beach that we saw on Martinique -Anse Figuier. That made the shortcomings worth it. The only downside was checking in and finding out how to get to the hotel. When we reached at 8:30pm the reception office was closed. If it had not been for the kind lady who ran the restaurant we would have been entirely lost. She helped us get into our room, but it took over an hour. During the time she fed us a nice dinner even though the restaurant was closed. Getting to the hotel is complicated at night. One has to follow the very small signs through narrow roads to loop around the hill and enter the parking lot from the top. It is easy the second or third time, but be careful and look for the signs if you are coming in at night.

Best hotel in Martinique
Superb location overlooking one of Martinique’s most beautiful and unspoilt coves with a fine white sand beach. Fabulous service and always a friendly reception. A million times better than hotels 4 times the price in Les Trois-Ilets. 2 lovely restaurants on the beach serve delicious lunches and the hotel breakfast and dinner is excellent. Lovely pool st the hotel too.

In an excellent location: very close to a stunning beach and in a quiet area. The rooms are simple and functional rather than luxurious and this is one of the best value budget options on the island. The pool is lovely with great views. The breakfasts are excellent: copious and varied. The restaurant food is also very good: but at lunchtimes the snack bars on the beach offer better value for money. The staff are incredibly helpful and friendly: even though we arrived on a bank holiday when the restaurant was closed, Daniel and his wife brought dinner to our bungalow and when we missed the bus to Rivière-Pilote, the marvellous Chantal helped us hitch a lift. If you hire a car, this is a great base for a holiday: without a car the beach and the écomusée are the only things within walking distance: the nearest shop is in Rivière-Pilote which can be reached in about 10 mins by an infrequent minibus.

Not "fancy" but extremely clean and friendly accommodations with balconies overlooking the beach. Five minute walk to a charming cove with two beach bar restaurants and restrooms.

The ocean view is great, the staff is friendly The hotel is hard to find by navigator. No English menu in the restaurant. Only one employee speaks a little English, hard to communicate. Wifi is not working properly

This is a squeaky clean place that sits on top of a hill and has great ocean views. I went with a friend and we had separate rooms. His room was also very nice. For the price, I don't think you can beat this place. My only caveat is that I think I paid for breakfast. Don't count on breakfast. The fellow who runs the place couldn't be nicer or more accommodating.

Nice hotels very close to the beach
we arrived a about 7:30pm, a group of 10 people. Had a good dinner at the hotel. Just below the hotel there is a sort of a bar, that played very loud music until about 3am and there were also a couple of very loud motorbikes that were extremely running up an down until about the same time. Overall though, a nice location and a simple and very clean hotel. Just avoid the weekend.

L'accueil a été formidable, le propriétaire a envoyé un taxi qui nous attendait à notre arrivée à l'aéroport. Il nous a fourni une voiture de location à très bon prix et nous a très bien informés de tout ce qu'il y avait à faire en Martinique. La petite plage juste à côté était jolie, tout comme la vue de la terrasse du restaurant. Le bungalow était propre. Seul bémol: notre lit était très mou, presque comme un hamac. Mon conjoint et moi nous roulions un par-dessus l'autre au centre du lit. Sans cela j'aurais mis une note globale de 5.

cet établissement est assurément surestimé, c'est vieux et mal propre. Très mauvaise expérience. Ce prend pour un resort avec leurs petits bracelet pour avoir accès à la piscine. Il y a des cafards, rien d'inclus, pas de poubelles, draps qui sente le vomi. L'accès en auto n'est pas simple et le restaurent ne vaut pas plus qu'une cantine 1* avec fruits de mer passé date et vin rouge sur la carte des vins blancs. Nous avons été relocalisé sur le site mais c'était la même chose. Je vous le déconseille.

Niemand vor Ort bei Ankunft um acht Uhr abends, Rezeption und Restaurant zu. Nach einer Nacht in einem offenen Zimmer konnten wir das klären. Wir waren zwei Wochen vor Ort und haben einmal frische Handtücher bekommen, aber grundsätzlich war es erst mal sauber und dafür recht günstig! Das Speisenangebot des Restaurants recht teuer, allerdings war das auf der kompletten Insel teuer! Umgebung ist für deutsche gewöhnungsbedürftig, schlechte Straßenverhältnisse und überall rumliegen Schrottautos geben kein schönes Bild. Klasse fand ich aber den fehlenden Tourismus, der ist uns in dieser Zeit nicht viel begegnet.

L’accueil au paradis de l’anse a été plus que médiocre. A qui la faute ? Au début personne à l’accueil car il est midi et l’accueil n’est pas ouvert ! J’avais réservé pour une nuit sans savoir que la politique de l’établissement était de deux nuits minimum. Quatre jours après la réservation, on m’a envoyé une réponse via le site que je n’ai jamais reçue! Bref me voilà avec mes valises sur le pas de la porte et le proprio me dit que ça marche pas… il me fait attendre presque 30 minutes ceci a presque crée un conflit. Finalement pour le prix de deux nuits j’ai le droit de rester dans un petit studio. Très correct sans plus mais pas très propre. Ça aura été ma plus mauvaise expérience en Martinique où les gens sont habituellement bienveillants et très chaleureux. Monsieur Didier a été froid et pas accommodant ! Pour finir j’ai dû aller porter mes poubelles à la plage ! Finalement avec mon repas j’ai déboursé plus de 200 euros pour une seule nuit !!! Vraiment exagérée pour la qualité médiocre du service !

Bonjour Monsieur,Nous répondons à commentaires Monsieur.Nous vous confirmons que le minimum de location est fixé à 2 nuitées comme mentionné dans la rubrique: Détails concernant l'hébergement. De même l' heure d'arrivée est fixée à partir de 14h, le jour du départ à 11h. Vous êtes arrivés en fin de matinée. Vous nous avez demandé de vous rendre service afin de vous héberger car votre taxi partait, que vous ne connaissiez pas la Martinique, que vous ne souhaitiez pas dormir à la belle étoile etc.Nous sommes des humains, nous sommes des personnes raisonnables, de service, nous vous avons mis à disposition un logement, néanmoins le prix avec remise. Vous n'êtes pas sérieux Monsieur, Nous vous avons accueilli avec notre traditionnel petit punch que vous avez appréciez soit disant. Vous rappelez vous, voue étiez deux, en compagnie d'une femme. Vous êtes revenus diner le soir, tout allait bien d'après vous. Monsieur quand nous lisons vos commentaires, nous avons l'impression que vous étiez seul. Dites la vérité Monsieur: Vous avez bu, vous avez mangé à 2, vous avez payé un nuit à la résidence, vous trouvez la note excessive. Nous vous laissons seul avec votre conscience. Laissez nous travailler dans la continuité afin de toujours offrir le meilleur service à nos clients. Ne cherchez pas à nous déstabiliser.Bien à vous Monsieur

Beau petit séjour de 4 nuits
Le petit appartement était OK sans plus. La cuisinette n’est pas assez bien équipée pour vraiment cuisiner. Le gros + est que l’unité 15 que nous avions avait un beau grand balcon avec une très belle vue sur la mer et les montagnes. La plage est petite mais très belle avec une superbe vu sur le diamant. Très beau coucher de soleil. Le dimanche midi il y avait un orchestre au resto et les gens dansaient en PM.

Excellent séjour dans cet hôtel situé à l'anse Figuier. On a une belle vue sur la mer, les hôtes sont sympathiques et la plage se trouve au pied de l'hôtel.

Cheap but dirty and full of cockroaches
We rented 2 apartments for 1 week. The rooms were spacious but not cleaned well when we arrived. There we’re dirt and hair on the floor of people who rented the apartment before. There was no cleaning service during our stay, not even fresh towels. There’s only on small rubbish bin in the bathroom. Both apartments are full of cockroaches - dead and alive ones. The bed is comfortable. Air condition were only working in one of the apartments properly. The ti punch as a welcome drink was really good and the food in the restaurant is als good. The pool areas is clean. Unfortunately the Wifi isn’t working most of the time. The stuff was mostly nice. All in all we don’t recommend this accommodation

Si le client souhaite changer son linge avant la semaine échu ou tous les jours, c'est possible à sa demande et à sa charge.Les poubelles ne sont plus à l'intérieur du site. LES CLIENTS METTAIENT LES SACS PAR TERRE AU LIEU DE LES METTRE DANS LES BACS, Pour des raisons sanitaires elles ont étés supprimées. Les clients doivent mettre leurs sacs dans les poubelles situées à la sortie du restaurant à l'entrée de la plage. L'information a été donné.Concernant peut être les petits cafards morts, nous avons procédés à un traitement anti cafards il n'y a pas très longtemps.Bien à vous
