"Hotel que no cuenta con elevadores, me pareció que les hacía falta mucho personal, tanto para los restaurantes, como para los bares, la comida del bufete no estaba mal, pero tampoco estaba deliciosa, esperaba más opciones en los guisados, los restaurantes de las especialidades son buenos. Las piscinas estaban sucias, con espuma amarilla, noté esto, los 5 días que estuvimos hospedados. Por otro lado, en este hotel todos los días hay eventos, en un día nos tocó 2 bodas y sin personal...pues dejó mucho que desear en el servicio"

"The Grand DeCameron Complex Bucerias was magical. Charmingly authentic beautiful hotel complex. Friendly, gracious lovely staff throughout. Cleanliness is first and foremost. Lovely rooms with great views from every angle with lush tropical garden views or ever changing ocean vistas. The food at the buffet was beyond expectation. Freshly made entrees at every meal with something for everyone's pallet. Beach areas and pool areas are wonderful and family friendly. Bar areas are conveniently located. Not overcrowded or too loud. We are looking forward to returning soon. Muchas gracias por todo!"

"The hotel is beautiful and located on a perfect beachfront. The lead up is a 'no-eggs-allowed' cobblestone drive. Room: We booked a ground level beachfront with a yard, plunge pool, deck chairs umbrella, fire pit with seating with access to the adult pool and beach. Room was large and clean, but not ready for our party. More later. The shower/bathtub is fully enclosed and has floor to ceiling glass facing outside, with a remote controlled privacy blind, and same (with door) on the inside. This does not offer privacy on the inside but families may not care. Plunge pool was fun for a day, but not fun alone (sulk). Toilet is separate and door closes fully. Food: The 3 restaurants had decent (if pricey) food and the gem of the three was the Spice Market (try the samosas and catch of the day). While the food was good, for the cost, only Spice Market was worth it and it would have been cheaper to rent a car and drive to town (Bucerias, Sayulitas, Puerto Vallarta) to eat. Staff: Hotel staff were wonderful and helpful without being obsequious. Always the highlight of a stay for me. Back to room: We booked a month in advance for a party of three. Two adults, one child. We get to our room and no sleeping arrangements had been made for our child. It took over 90 minutes to sort out, with the staff on duty telling us we would have to pay extra for a bed... When we were in the room... After check-in... With a one month lead time. It was sorted out eventually."

"The grounds were clean and spectacular, and the room was fantastic. We had a garden with a partial ocean view, which was very private. We loved the different pools, restaurants, great drinks, and excellent food. The staff were outstanding, the service was superb, (the bellman Arnulfo [blue eyes] was helpful and stepped up to help out with transportation). Housekeeping noticed that we were celebrating a birthday, and they had a pleasant surprise in the room, complete with balloons and a "Happy Birthday" sign. That made the day even more special; it was just beautiful! Can't wait to go back."
