Let’s start with the positives - most of THE STAFF! I regret not asking for everyone’s names as I’d like to give them all a shout out. The bartenders at the pool bar, BAR OLAS, were great and worked their butts off in the sweltering heat. One in particular (JESUS) paid special attention to my 7 year old from day 1 and really made ALL of us feel welcomed. It was definitely a sad moment when we had to say goodbye. EVA and the rest of her entertainment team were full of energy and the main reason we participated in a lot of the activities. We celebrated two birthdays while we were there, and the staff went out of their way to bring out mini cakes and candles. Thank you JESUS, EVA and their team for an amazing week. You are the main reasons we will be coming back with a bigger group next year. The areas to work on - The check-in process was a little tricky and took a while. Two groups we were travelling with got upgraded while we were not. It really depends on who assists you in the check in process - our person could use a little more training in the customer service field. The bedsheets had stains on them, but the housekeeping staff came right away to change it out as soon as they were notified. Finally, tipping goes a long way. Any amount will truly make their day. Please be generous!
