If i had to say one thing it would be hard beds but honestly my back typically hurts and no issues with this bed but my other half no so much felt bad but the view alone made us forget about it all."

"Dear Rosewood Mandarina Team, From the moment my daughter, son, and I arrived at the airport, we were greeted by our driver with warmth and thoughtful touches that set the tone for an extraordinary stay. The resort Mandarina Rosewood felt like stepping into a paradise so perfect we had to pinch ourselves to believe it was real. Upon arrival Juan Carlos and the staff enveloped us in a welcome that felt like coming home. Every detail, from the gracious hospitality to the genuine care of every golf cart driver, made us feel cherished. Our butlers, Danny and Lilly, provided exceptional service. Each staff member’s heartfelt kindness created a sense of belonging that was effortless and sincere. At La Cocina, Allora, the servers went above and beyond, delighting our palates with every dish. The Treetop Bar at One & Only had stunning sunset views paired perfectly with the bartenders charm. Our horseback riding adventure was straight out of a storybook, thanks to our guide, Manuel and his beautiful horses for stealing the show. Not only did he keep us safe and grinning ear to ear, but his warmth and unexpected talents as a photographer and videographer made the beachside views and majestic horses even more magical. Every interaction, every small gesture, felt like a gift crafted just for us. "The property was extremely clean. The staff was attentive. The rooms are cleaned and stocked throughout the day. Staff come by and check to see if you need anything. I loved that. The all-inclusive part is amazing because the food is actually good! I would call myself a picky eater, and sometimes I’m restricted to eating at these all inclusive resorts because of the lack of variety. I did not find that to be the case here. They have real chefs and they care about the quality of food here. They have a hen house- fresh eggs; they have a garden- fresh veggies! Food was amazing. Room was nice, bed was comfortable. They are aware of the complaints of the hotel (will explain below) and they really try to accommodate/make up for those in my opinion. The skybar was amazing, staff was great, drinks were delicious and the infinity pool up there exclusive to privilege guest was great/away from kids/families at the other property. Cons: the Secrets and Dreams resorts are separated by a walkway. So while none of the secrets rooms are connected/around rooms where kids are, there are kids in common areas of the property (restaurants, pool, etc.). There are pools exclusive to Secrets side though. The plunge pool in our room is not really a plunge pool. It is not big enough to plunge in, at all. I would not book that room again. The outdoor area where plunge pool is kinda has a stench. I sprayed perfume & hotel supplies incense. Same with shower. Hot water & incense helped with that. "
