The property manager (or owner ?) was a happy Italian man that was extremely welcoming to my fiancé and myself. Gave us a clear understanding of the keys to the BnB , and made sure our room was nice for us. Fantastic location right on the main street, but the room was nicely tucked back.

Cheap place to stay only for sleep
We stayed 4 nights at this apartment, Fabricio and the people are really nice and kind, always available for your questions and doubts, I did not read or notice that a common area was shared (only the kitchen and dinning room with other room) and i think the building in general had a lot humidiy so apartment was smell like this most of the time and in the room also, you have to go to another room to go to the bathroom. Area is in the main street 5th avenue.

Great value, basic accomodations
Its a 2 BR/2BA apt with common area. We had the BR with the common BR. A bit inconvenient. Rooms rent by night so you may have multiple 'roommates' in a week. No TV. But clean and right on main street. Staff and cleaning was clean and helpful though they are not onsite 24/7 but nearby. Really good value for $$, would definitely return if we go back to Playa

Non-typical kind of hotel.
I read some mixed reviews of this spot and I think it really depends on what kind of traveler you are. Rooms are grouped into threes, so you enter one common room and there are three rooms off each kitchen/living area. However, just like a hotel you have a locked room and bathroom. If anything there is a benefit of having an attached kitchen. I never saw the other people in the two rooms. And I would definitely go back, it's a bargain price with strong wifi and is very clean and modern.

Clean shared Condo
This is a cleaned shared condo in the heart of Playa del Carmen. The host was lovely and helped us with our bags to our room and assisted us with parking. The room was clean with both air conditioning and a fan. The shared area includes a fridge, microwave, sink and some cooking utensils. This place is a wonderful bargain in down town Playa. Mammita's beach club is only a few blocks a way where you can rent beach chairs with umbrella's. There are many restaurants in close proximity.

The place is in a great location.
This is not a hotel, its an apartment with 2 rooms that share a kitchen / dinning area. There are no TVs. It was hard to find the place, the sign is very small on the wall. You need to have a working phone when you arrive to call them and let them know you are there. The mattress was hard and the two small pillows where flat.Besides that, the hotel staff was very friendly and it is located in the middle of everything in Playa del Carmen.

Not normal type of place, but still good
A bit of a strange place. Not a hotel at all. However, it is very clean and well located. There is no front desk. You share a kitchen with another roommate. It is more like a shared apartment. Reasonably priced.

Room in an apartment: Don't let the name miss-guide you, there is no breakfast.Very good location and thus very noisy even in the early morning hours. there is equipped kitchen shared with another room in the apartment. will recommend it to young party ruler.

It's a shared accommodation\ apartment what was a unexpected surprise on arrival. Somebody else stayed in other bedroom, I was told that other guests had other bathroom. Pots, plates etc, in the kitchen for guests to use, ridge stove as in regular apartment Clean, not sure about Wi-Fi as I forgot to ask for password before lady that provided the key left. Cold bottled water in the fridge, shower working well with hot water. Payment to the owners directly cause; "they're newly in business" Coupon for breakfast was given worth 100 pesos at nearby restaurant, I haven't use it. Secure by locked gate underground parking fit car or SUV Located right on 5 avenue, busy street in Playa so loud around until parties are over & businesses close for the night.

Lo lamento, nos manejamos con diferentes tipos de personas, diferentes opiniones. Se nos hace imposible manejar las exigencias de un huésped que tiene problemas en la espalda, nos manejamos a las exigencias de la mayoria de nuestros huespedes y por eso tenemos un puntaje de 4 sobre 5, es decir muy bueno. Estamos siempre a la orden para mejorar los servicios a un precio muy accesible para todo tipo de huésped.. Gracias por hospedarse con nosotros y por su comentario.

La habitación esta dentro de un departamento, no es un hotel, pero es muy amplia , la limpieza es indiscutible, la cama es deliciosa no me queria ir porque descansamos fabuloso!!! Cuenta con todo lo necesario, y la locación es buenísima, puedes caminar a todos lados sin problema y muy seguro El personal muy amable y atentos Sin duda volveria a hospedarme ahí

Excelente ubicación en plena quinta avenida; si tu presupuesto es limitado puedes comprar alimentos y cocinarlos ya que el depto cuenta con cocina equipada.

el staff fue increible, la ubicacion es muy buena en plena 5 avenida, tiendas y restaurantes muy buenos alrededor, playa a escasos 200 metros. muy recomendado, importante saber que son departamentos con "sala y cocina compartidos"

Buena experiencia
Fue un muy buen lugar, fue como un minidepa con todas las comodidades, cocina, refrigeradora, microondas, cafetera, etc. El único tema es que esos ambientes eran compartidoscon otro cuarto, pero de todas las noches que nos hospedamos, estuvimos solos casi todo el tiempo, así que todo estuvo muy bien, todo muy organizado y la ubicación muy buena, cerca a la playa y a la quinta avenida. El personal muy amable y considerado, salimos bastante satisfechos y nos volveríamos a hospedar ahí.

Habitación cómoda 5ta Av. a 2 calles de la playa
Es una habitación dentro de un departamento, donde se comparte el espacio central compuesto por una estancia con sofa, comedor para 4 y cocineta. Las dos habitaciones del mismo están separadas y en caso de no ser amigos los que compartan el espacio no hay ningún problema, cada uno tiene su espacio y su baño. en el caso de la habitación que nos tocó el baño esta por fuera de la habitación. En cuanto a su ubicación me pareció muy agradable, pues está a 2 calles de la playa, muy cerca del famoso club de playa Mamitas Beach. tiene a su alrededor deliciosos lugares para comer: la hija de la tostada, la cueva del chango, celine, la bodeguita etc. Esta sobre la 5ta, pero en la zona que no es tan caótica, por lo tanto se duerme de maravilla, no hay ruido por la noche. El servicio de limpieza es diario. El costo una maravilla. Los encargados de entregar las llaves y de recogerlas, dos Italianos muy agradables y atentos. Si volvería sin duda y más con familia pues es el espacio me parece muy adecuado para ello.

Appartamento situato nel cuore di Playa del Carmen, posizione comodissima per spiaggia, serate fuori e spostamenti. La camera é spaziosa, con aria condizionata,il letto comodissimo, servizio di pulizia giornaliero impeccabile. Bagno privato (super comoditá). Cucina a induzione ben funzionante, frigorifero spazioso. La nostra vacanza é stata perfetta, la riviera maya é incantevole. Un grazie a Giuliano (proprietario) per la disponibilitá e gentilezza.

El precio esta muy bien por el hecho de que esta sobre la quinta avenida. La habitación es cómoda, aunque lo que no leí fue que era un departamento compartido, son dos cuartos con sus baños independientes, pero se comparte la sala. Pero en general bien, si lo que menos quiere uno cuando va a playa del carmen es estar en el hotel.

WIFIが弱い
部屋、バスルームはプライベートでしたが、バスルームへは一度部屋を出なくてはいけませんでした。キッチンはきれいでしたが、WIFIはかなり弱く部屋では使えません。周辺は便利ですが、バスターミナルからは少し距離があります。また、受付がないため、到着時間を伝え、その時間に宿の人がホテルの前で待っています。

hotel sobre mais ascenseur HS pas de réception forte odeur d’humidité grande déception sur le patron, le sens du commerce il a oublier !!! première nuit arriver hôtel fermer !!! malgré une confirmation par téléphone il m'ont aussi compter 1 nuit de plus car j'ai pris la chambre a 9h au lieu de 15h !!!

Cuando llegamos, uno de nuestros cuartos estaba sin limpiar, por lo que nos trasladaron a otro hotel mucho más lejos del centro. En este nuevo hotel había una alberca pequeñita que tenía cucarachas, por lo que solo pudimos meternos un ratito. La chica de la administración muy amable. Este hotel es bueno para ir a Playa del Carmen de vacaciones si no te molestan las cucarachas. Pero es un hotel limpio, cómodo y moderno.

Cuando llegamos, nos costó mucho trabajo encontrar el hotel. Al enseñarnos las habitaciones, una de ellas no la habían limpiado, por lo que nos cambiaron de hotel. Estaba muy bonito, pero mucho mas lejos del centro que el hotel inicial. Había una alberca que pudimos utilizar, pero había una cucaracha enorme que quería entrar a nada con nosotros, por lo que tuvimos que salir rápidamente. Sino, el hotel muy bonito, limpio y la chica de la recepción muy amable. Es un bonito hotel para conocer Playa del Carmen y quedarse varios días si pueden ignorar a las cucarachas

No es un hotel, es un edificio de departamentos donde 2 recamaras comparten un comedor y una cocina. Esta excelente si te gusta conocer otras personas y tiene la comodidad de tener tu Pied a terre en la misma 5ta.

En General bien, el cuarto no contaba con Baño dentro de la habitación, aunque el baño era de uso privado había que salir a el comedor de área común con otro cuarto para utilizarlo. y por mala suerte nos tocó que estuvieran haciendo construcción en la habitacion de arriba y 2 días nos despertaron a las 7 am con ruidos que parecia que estaban tumbando el piso. eso me molesto mucho pues podian hacer los trabajos mas tarde
