At the last minute I had to change my plans and leave earlier because of air travel delays and the person at the desk got me immediately connected to a taxi company while the bellhop walked me to the taxi spot. I can’t say how appreciative I was for the quick service."

"Excellent property, was travelling with 3 girls stress free location 2 minute walk from drop off of the vaporetto dock, walking distance to everything so central and super safe. The hotel was amazing the staff was super kind and friendly made us feel so welcome , the room was very clean spotless, comfortable beds , very good AC . The breakfast was awesome a variety of everything very fresh, the staff prepared us every morning a really good cappuccino with a smile. Definitely will come back to this hotel on our next visit everything was above and beyond. "
